Anxiety A positive future living with my anxiety In this course we will help you to develop an understanding of your own anxiety and ways to improve your wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment. In the first few weeks you’ll learn about anxiety whilst we support you to identify and understand why you may be feeling anxious.
