"Teamwork Trust feels like a family and I've made loads of friends here. We chat, have a giggle and help each other out, which means we are always learning from each other as well as having fun. We have tea breaks and lunch together, there is a pool table and lots of education classes as well as activities to choose from - which means our days are varied and fun.

As well as getting experience on the factory floor and learning workplace skills there is a book club, IT and cookery classes. Plus there are lots of activities, some of my favourites are singing, sports and pottery but there is always a lot more to choose from."
