In this course we will help you to develop an understanding of your own depression and ways to improve your wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment. In the first few weeks you’ll learn about depression whilst we support you to identify and understand why you may be feeling depressed. Then we will guide you through different ways to improve your wellbeing.
