Teamwork Trust is a finalist in one of the County’s most prestigious awards.

The Northamptonshire charity and social enterprise - which has centres in Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough, and supports adults with mental health needs, learning and physical disabilities - was announced by Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce as a Northamptonshire Business Awards finalist in the Employer of the Year category.

The award recognises organisations that demonstrate excellence in the promotion and implementation of a learning and development culture.

Teamwork Trust, strategic director, John Bruce said: “We are thrilled to be finalists in this category as it shows how far we have come as a charity and reaffirms our commitment to our staff, volunteers and members in terms of their learning and development. We are achieving outstanding business success because we care and are passionate about ensuring that everyone has access to the same chances, choices and opportunities. We can’t wait to attend the awards ceremony in September to find out the outcome.”

Teamwork Trust is up against two other finalists in the Employer of the Year category - PCS Business Systems and Technical Foam Services Ltd. The result will be announced at an awards ceremony on Thursday 13th September.
