9th August 2018: Teamwork Trust has been announced as finalists in three prestigious awards county-wide and nationally.

The Northamptonshire-based charity and social enterprise supports adults with mental health needs, learning and physical disabilities, and has already won four awards in previous years.

This year Teamwork Trust has been announced as finalists in:

  • Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce's Business Awards, 'Employer of the Year'
  • Kettering Awards 2018 where they are up for 'Community Business of the Year' and ‘Employer of the Year’
  • SME National Business Awards where the charity is among six finalists in the 'FM World Not for Profit Business of the Year'.

The awards ceremonies are due to take place in September, October and December.

John Bruce, strategic director, Teamwork Trust said: “This is such an amazing achievement and testament to how far our organisation has come in the last 18 months – we are absolutely thrilled to have got through to the finals in these prestigious awards. We are up against some very well-known organisations locally and nationally, and operating in really difficult circumstances with our funding constantly changing, so for the judges to have realised our business success is fantastic and a real boost for our staff, volunteers and members. We can’t wait to find out if we win when the ceremonies come around.”
