The Teamwork Trust is an established Charity and community based social enterprise that supports Vulnerable Adults through its Enabling, Education, Activities and Counselling Programmes.  We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our business initially on a part time contract, based in our Kettering centre reporting to the Head of Finance and Infrastructure.


The Accounts Assistant is responsible for the following remit:

  • Process all sales and purchase ledger transactions
  • Raise all sales invoices
  • Process all bank transactions
  • Process weekly members expenses
  • Gift aid submissions
  • Identify process improvements where possible
  • Answer phone, meet and greet visitors as needed



To be successful as the Accounts Assistant, you will need to have the following experience:

  • Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
  • Sage Accounting
  • Gift Aid + Donations (preferred)
  • Genuine interest in working with vulnerable adults.
  • IT literate with a minimum of Intermediate Level in Microsoft Excel
  • A keen problem solver with initiative and forward thinking
  • Holds a UK full driving licence with own transport (expenses paid)

Job Offer

£18000 per annum pro rata with generous Benefits Package, 36 days holiday which includes bank holidays (pro-rata) and contributory pension scheme with employer contribution of 5%.

Hours required 15 per week, which are flexible however they must include Mondays.
