Role : Working Mentor DescriptionThe Working Mentor is responsible for the following remit: To deliver the Building Better Opportunities European Social Fund Project in line with the Organisation's Vision, Mission and Values To recruit and retain individuals on the Project increasing their employability through interventions identified by a person centred action plan. Maintaining all records and administration ensuring strict reporting timelines are met. To build and maintain strong relationships by adopting an inter-agency approach in partnership with a range of agencies and local employers to promote opportunities for work experience and employment in the local community. Profile To be successful as the Working Mentor, you will need to have the following experience: Moving and progressing individuals towards employability in a person centred way Genuine interest in working with vulnerable adults Self-motivated and a team player who will help deliver running all aspects of the project Keen problem solver with initiative and forward thinker IT literate – good competency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent administration skills Level 2 IA+G qualification (desirable) Experience in mentoring and signposting Full UK driving licence with own transport Job Offer Hours of work – 22.5 hours per week Salary - £13800 Fixed term post ends December 2022 Email CV and covering letter to [email protected] by 16th July 2021
