Anger A positive future living with my anger In this course we will help you to develop an understanding of your own anger and ways to Improve your wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment. In the first few weeks you’ll learn about anger whilst we support you to identify and understand why you may be feeling symptoms of anger. Then we will guide you through different ways to improve your wellbeing.
