Being active and keeping busy both mentally and physically is something we encourage all the time at Teamwork Trust - now, during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, it's even more important that we look after ourselves and our wellbeing.

On sunny days - Choose any items from around your house, place on paper in the sun, then draw round the shadow.  You could then add faces or patterns to the shadow and colour in.
