Staying active and exercising during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak will help keep you fit and well, mentally and physically. Graham Ravenscroft from Gateway HR in Corby has very kindly created some videos with a combination of six exercises you can do at home during this difficult time. 

Please only attempt the ones suitable for you - start with 20 seconds on each exercise and complete as many as you can with breaks in between if you need them. You can always start increasing the number of sets you complete or add a few more seconds each time.
