Sport sessions provide our members with opportunities to develop a whole range of different skills. Typically one of our sports sessions will begin with safety briefings, warm up activities and a talk about the rules of the sport, before moving on to a practical session.

Participants learn a variety of sports and in recent years we have been fortunate to work with sporting partners including Northampton Town Centre Football Club and Idid (climbing club) and our range of sports classes have also included tennis, rowing, yoga, kick boxing, archery, rocking climbing and football.
