"Being at Teamwork Trust means I get to experience life in a factory setting, it's getting me ready for the world of work.

I clock in at the start of the day and then experience the full production cycle of a job, right through to quality control checks and even the social side of working life, the lunch and tea breaks with my friends.

As well as teaching me how to do different jobs I am also learning things I will need to know if and when I am ready to leave here and get a job.

Another great thing is when businesses pop in and see us doing their jobs and also when we see the products we have worked on in the shops. That's fantastic."
