At our Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough centres we work with and support our Northamptonshire members – adults with mental health needs, learning and physical disabilities – who can choose from our enabling and education projects, activities and counselling programmes.

• £10: enables one member with mental health needs, learning and physical disabilities, to enjoy a fitness class, or the essential resources we need to hold an education class (including cooking, science and IT)

• £50: enables our experts to hold a mental health peer support session

• £650: funds the transport and driver we need to take a group of members on a once in a life time summer seaside trip

• £3,000: would take our education classes to whole new level, funding an interactive white board for classes
