When I first arrive I sit alongside and learn skills from someone else, with each step explained so that I can learn at my own pace. When I have mastered something, I can then teach someone else that job, so we are all supporting each other.

At Teamwork Trust I can do anything that I am capable of and I also get opportunities to challenge myself to do more complex tasks. Once I have got to grips with one job I can move on to another, which means I am always learning and it never gets boring. 

At the same time I also know that I am learning skills that will help me get a job, things like time management, health and safety, how to behave and communicate and an understanding of work place rules.
