"When I arrive at Teamwork Trust I clock in, put my bags in my locker and then see what jobs have come in. Sometimes I sit with lots of other members, other times I might be working on one of the machines.

"Part of the process is packing goods and then stacking them on the pallets and wrapping them.  They are then delivered or collected by businesses."
